What CaseLine does

The surgeon’s list: case booking, pre-op checklists, implant and consumable capture, op notes, post-op milestones. Built for orthopaedics first.

How you actually use it

  1. List the caseFind the patient, name the procedure and the surgeon. It appears on the surgical list.
  2. Record the operationOperate opens the op note — what was done, the findings and the closure, with a minimum length so a blank cannot be signed.
  3. Capture the implantsManufacturer, serial or lot number, one row per device, against this case rather than in a drawer.
  4. Close the milestonesPost-operative milestones appear once the operation is recorded. Each is closed, or skipped with a reason the record keeps.

What it writes

casesop notesimplant records
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

An op note, once signed, is amended like any clinical entry — never edited.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
