What MnMBoard does

M&M cases assembled from the actual timeline — orders, vitals, notes, delays — not from memory. Discussion points, classifications and corrective actions are tracked to closure, and the learning is searchable later.

How you actually use it

  1. Register the caseA death goes on the board the day it happens, not the week before the meeting.
  2. Let the record build the timelineThe desk reads the orders, vitals and notes from the chart in the window and offers them as candidates. You accept the ones that belong; nothing is accepted for you.
  3. Present it to a meetingA case is presented to an open meeting, and a meeting closes only when every case on it has a verdict.
  4. Record the verdictPreventability and the contributory factors, in the words the committee agreed on.
  5. Write the learning pointThe one thing that survives the meeting. A case does not close without a verdict and at least one learning point — and the learning is what is searchable a year later.

What it writes

case reviewsaction items
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not anonymise the record for the meeting and then leak it — the packet is access-controlled like the chart.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
