What it is

For owners with more than one organisation: a group view that lines your businesses up side by side — patients, collections, growth — computed per organisation and compared without mixing anyone’s records together. Each organisation stays its own island; the group sees totals, never charts. Plans: a new branch’s checklist from the signed lease to opening day (licences, fit-out, hiring, equipment, stock), each line with an owner and a date, a line past its date shown as behind, and the branch marked open only when every line is done; and each branch’s fixed costs against what it collected month by month, with the month the trend reaches break-even (a projection, and no date for a branch whose takings are not rising). Board: the month’s board pack business by business against the month before, to download or print; the group’s own heads with each business’s ledger accounts mapped onto them, read inside each business, and every account not mapped yet listed with its amount.

How it works

  1. Read each business side by sideVisits, billed, collected, outstanding and rating per business over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with a total row; a business whose numbers could not be read says so rather than showing zeroes.
  2. Read clinicians and front deskWith the performance permission, patients, visits, revenue, average consult, notes signed and AI accepted against rejected per clinician, and bills, payments and collected per desk person; nobody is ranked by it.
  3. Open a business to see a personTotals are all this screen holds; Open or Switch to issues a token for that business, you arrive with its own permissions, and both sides record the switch.
  4. Plan a new branch and watch break-evenOn Plans, start a branch when the lease is signed and add each licence, fit-out, hiring, equipment and stock line with its date; it can be marked open only once every line is done. Press a branch on the break-even board to enter its fixed costs a month; it shows three months of takings and whether the branch covers its costs, is closing the gap (with a projected month) or is not.
  5. Put the board pack togetherOn Board, pick the month: each business against the month before, to download or print. Add the group’s heads, then press each account not mapped yet to put it under one; nothing changes in that business’s own books.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
