What BizGroup does

For owners with more than one organisation: a group view that lines your businesses up side by side — patients, collections, growth — computed per organisation and compared without mixing anyone’s records together. Each organisation stays its own island; the group sees totals, never charts.

How you actually use it

  1. Read each business side by sideVisits, billed, collected, outstanding and rating per business over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with a total row; a business whose numbers could not be read says so rather than showing zeroes.
  2. Read clinicians and front deskWith the performance permission, patients, visits, revenue, average consult, notes signed and AI accepted against rejected per clinician, and bills, payments and collected per desk person; nobody is ranked by it.
  3. Open a business to see a personTotals are all this screen holds; Open or Switch to issues a token for that business, you arrive with its own permissions, and both sides record the switch.
