What AI Assist does

Note summaries and diagnosis-code suggestions through a gateway with risk tiers, grounding requirements, budgets and full audit. High-risk output is a draft until a named clinician accepts it — enforced by the database, not the interface. Refusals are logged and metered too.

How you actually use it

  1. Open the panel on the record you are working onThe assist panel offers only what your organisation has switched on for that kind of record. A surface nobody registered is not drawn as a button that then refuses.
  2. Read the draft beside what it readEvery answer lists the notes and results it was grounded in, so you check the sentence against the source rather than against your mood.
  3. Accept it, or throw it awayA high-risk draft reaches the chart only when a named clinician accepts it, and the panel says what accepting means before you press it. Rejecting costs nothing.
  4. Look at the ledger afterwardsEvery call is recorded with who asked, what it was grounded in and what it cost — the refusals too, which is the half most tools throw away.
