What AyushBridge does

An ayurveda, homeopathy, unani, siddha, yoga-and-naturopathy or Sowa-Rigpa consult recorded beside the allopathic one, on the same patient — with the system of medicine stamped on the consult and on every formulation, therapy, regimen and diet under it. The herb-drug flag reuses the interaction engine RxCanvas already has rather than starting a second one: the herbs on each entry are checked against what the patient is currently prescribed.

How you actually use it

  1. Open a consult on the New consult tabPick the patient, the system of medicine — Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Siddha, Yoga & naturopathy or Sowa-Rigpa — the practitioner and the presenting complaint; the system is stamped on the consult and cannot be changed afterwards.
  2. Add what was givenOn This consult, add each Formulation, Therapy, Regimen or Diet with its name, the herbs in it, dose, anupana and days; every entry carries the consult’s system of medicine.
  3. Read Herb against drugThe check reads the herbs on each entry against what the patient is currently prescribed; with no licensed dataset loaded the card says nothing was checked — silence, not clearance.
  4. Close the consultClose consult ends it; the Consults tab lists open ones by default, with Show closed too for the rest.

What it does not do

It does not let the system of medicine be edited once an entry is recorded — a trigger refuses the update — and it does not let an entry disagree with the consult it hangs from. It ships no herb-drug interaction content: until a hospital loads a licensed file the check finds nothing and the screen says that is silence, not clearance.
