What AsthmaAction does

Written action plans in the patient’s language, ACT scores per visit, peak-flow diaries, and inhaler-technique checks recorded as first-class observations.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol and publish the planFind the patient and press Enrol, then write the GREEN, YELLOW and RED zones; Publish plan stays disabled until all three are written, and the patient appears on the registry once the plan is live.
  2. Score control with the ACTFive answers, 1 worst to 5 best, then Score; the total is banded well controlled, not well controlled or poorly controlled and kept in the ACT history.
  3. Check inhaler techniqueCorrect or Needs work on the open row; Needs work asks what needs work before it is recorded.
  4. Republish when the plan changesRepublish opens the three zones for editing, and Publish supersedes the current plan in the same transaction.
