Health camps already run with no signal: registration and screening happen on the device and go up when the signal returns, with nothing sent twice. The front desk does the same for the hour the line goes: new patients, tokens, calls and receipts wait on the device and go up once, in order, when it returns.

Offline health camps and the offline front desk are live. Raising a new bill or a pharmacy sale offline is not built: with no line the desk can take a receipt against a bill that already exists, and a new bill waits for the connection.

Offline is a bridge over an outage, not a way of life. Anything that needs a live check waits for the line.

It does not decide between treating and referring — no protocol pathway is typed into this product, so that decision stays with the worker and the supervising doctor. It does not survive sign-out: the round lives on the device only until the session ends, and the screen says how many people are unsent before that. A page reloaded with no signal lands on the sign-in page; the round stays on the device, and the tab is best kept open out there.
