FieldGuide

◦ in design

Safe scope-extension for the frontline: treat here, or refer now.

Clinical · Full PHI · Every specialty

What FieldGuide does

Protocol-driven pathways for ASHA/ANM/CHO workers — fever, pregnancy danger signs, chest pain, paediatric diarrhoea, TB screening — walking symptom capture to a defensible treat-or-refer decision, generating the referral packet the receiving doctor needs, and logging every case into a supervising physician’s asynchronous review queue. Offline-first, regional languages, conservative by construction: uncertainty always refers.

What it reads

protocol pathwayspatient record

What it writes

assessmentsreferral packetssupervision queue
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not diagnose — it decides between treating within protocol and referring, and when unsure it refers.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
