What it is

Double-witnessing at every gamete handover, embryo grading with images, and a cycle outcome registry that regulators can read. The ART registers tab keeps what the ART Act and the Surrogacy Act, 2021 ask an ART clinic to keep: donors and surrogates by code with their screening and consent, checked against the ages and number of uses your clinic sets from the Act (none ship), each use against a cycle, every consent on file with its witness and any withdrawal, and the cycle and embryo registers drawn from this lab’s own records. The Bank tab keeps the rest of the bank: storage contracts for a patient’s frozen embryos, paid through a date and renewed at the clinic’s own annual fee onto her bill, with those due and lapsed listed beside the last reminder and the clinic’s lapse policy, and viability checks kept on the contract; release of a stored embryo only against a consent on file that names the use asked for, with a refusal kept; gamete donor applicants run through medical, genetic and counselling checks onto the ART donor register under its own rules, with no payment recorded beyond what the Act allows; and the questions a patient shares from her IVF companion on the Patient App, where she also sees the clinic’s dose schedule and keeps private notes.

How it works

Open the cycle and record the retrievalFind the patient, open a cycle and record how many oocytes were retrieved; a count outside 0 to 60 is refused as a number to check against the sheet.
Label each embryoA label such as E1, the grade such as 4AA and the day; a label already used in this cycle is refused, because labels are what the dish is written with and are never reused, and the day runs 1 to 7.
Every custody step is witnessedInsemination, media change, freeze, thaw, transfer and discard all post through one form with a witness picker that excludes the person logged in; the service refuses a self-witnessed step and a database check refuses it after that.
A freeze needs the whole location; thaw and transfer clear itTank, canister and cane together, or the freeze will not go — half a location reads as findable. The location is cleared in the same update that moves the status, so the Cryo store list is the straws that are actually there.
Keep the bankOn Bank, Storage opens a contract for her frozen embryos and bills the clinic’s own annual fee (Fee and policy, none ships), lists those due and lapsed with the last reminder, and keeps viability checks; Release checks the consent on file for the use asked and keeps a refusal; Donor recruitment runs applicants through their checks onto the ART register; Patient questions holds what a patient shared from her IVF companion.
