How it works

Ask, act, confirm.

  1. AskType or say what you need: “How many results are waiting for me?”, “Which bills are unpaid today?”. It reads across every app your role can open, and opens the screen when a list is easier to read than a sentence.
  2. ActAsk for a change and it prepares it as a card: register a patient, a prescription with its safety checks, lab orders, a note, an admission, a draft bill, a booking, vitals, a task, a bed move.
  3. ConfirmNothing is written on the model’s word. You read the card, change what is wrong, and press Confirm; the record then shows your name, as if you had clicked every field yourself.

How we govern AI
It runs as youEvery read uses your own permissions, care relationships and audit. It cannot see a ward, a bill or a report you could not open yourself.
Confirm cards for every changeThe model prepares; a named person confirms. There is no setting that lets it write on its own.
Placeholders, not namesUnder the default redacted setting, names and phone numbers are swapped for placeholders before anything reaches the model, and put back on your screen.
Switch it offOne setting per organisation: off, redacted or full. Off keeps every manual path exactly as it was.

Questions, answered

Can the assistant change a record by itself?
No. It prepares a change as a card, and nothing is saved until the person who asked presses Confirm. The saved record carries that person’s name.
What can it read?
Exactly what you can read in the apps, and nothing more: it runs with your permissions, your care relationships and your audit trail.
Does it work by voice?
Yes. Tap the microphone and speak in English or Hindi; it answers and prepares the same cards. Faster, interruptible realtime voice is being built now.
Which roles can use it?
Every staff role, from the front desk and nurses to pharmacists, lab, billing and the owner. Each gets its own suggestions and brief.
