Patient CRM & growth

Every enquiry answered, every patient brought back.

LeadDesk, CampaignHQ, reviews, referrals and the WhatsApp assistant already run on the same record as the chart and the bill, so a campaign knows who booked and who did not. Next: a CRM for clinics in the US, the UK, Canada and Australia.

Today

LeadDesk, CampaignHQ, Automations, ReferralNet, the review apps, the WhatsApp Assistant, MailDesk, SiteFront and Online Booking are live. Two-way SMS, email sequences, one inbox for every channel, lead scores, attribution and the Western consent laws are in development.

The contract

What LeadDesk promises

Every app in the store states what it reads, what it writes and what it will never do. This is its listing, word for word.

● live in clinicsLeadDesk →
Reads
patient record, appointments, consents, package plans
Writes
leads, conversions, marketing consent, monthly ad spend
Never
It does not import contact lists, does not poll ad platforms, and does not message an enquiry that has not opted in — the follow-up nudge skips them and writes down why. The package funnel reports sales that happened; it never nudges a patient toward one.
Your data
PHI-lite. Operational history stays queryable for audit.

Questions, answered

What runs today?
LeadDesk, CampaignHQ, Automations, ReferralNet, the review apps, the WhatsApp Assistant, MailDesk, SiteFront and Online Booking are live. Two-way SMS, email sequences, one inbox for every channel, lead scores, attribution and the Western consent laws are in development.
Which consent laws does it handle?
In India every patient message checks the consent on record when it is sent, not when it was queued, and a withdrawal reaches messages already waiting. For the West, the consent work for TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL and PECR is being built.
Which apps are behind it?
Live in clinics: LeadDesk, AdLeadCapture, CampaignHQ, Automations, ReferralNet, Review Inbox, ReviewMagnet, WhatsApp Assistant, MailDesk, CalendarSync, SiteFront, Online Booking, Sales & Referrals, ConsentVault. In development: ConsentLaw, SmsInbox, AdLeadsNative, ReviewsWest, ESignWest, StripeDeposits. Each listing says what the app does and what it does not.
How do I get it?
Everything marked live runs in the demo practice now, with invented patients in it. Or set up your own practice in about a minute.
Does the AI decide anything?
No. It drafts and suggests from the records on your screen; a named person accepts or discards every draft, and one setting per organisation — off, redacted or full — decides what reaches the model.
