What ReferralNet does

Inbound referrals acknowledged same-day, outcome letters back to the referrer, and the referral book reported honestly.

How you actually use it

  1. Put the referring doctor on fileAdd referrer takes the name, qualification, clinic, phone and registration number, and the database refuses a registration number already on file.
  2. Log what arrivedLog referral takes the patient’s name as the referring doctor wrote it, a phone number and why they were referred — the patient record does not have to exist yet.
  3. Send the first half backWe have your patient stamps the acknowledgement once, and the queue at the top of the screen holds every referral a day or more old that has not had it.
  4. Send the second half backReport back takes a summary of at least a sentence and the channel it went out on — printed, email, WhatsApp or hand — and is refused before the referral has been acknowledged.
  5. Read what each doctor is owedA referrer who has sent anybody carries the referrals, the acknowledged and reported percentages and the median days to report, all computed on load — open their referrals and the basis for those numbers is printed above the list.

Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
