What CapexPlan does

Capital requests with utilisation evidence from MachineLog, projected ROI, committee approval, and a straight handoff to ProcureFlow — so the new CT is a decision trail, not a surprise.

How you actually use it

  1. Set the budget periodFinancial year and the amount allocated, then Set allocation; each period shows committed, left and received, and proposals still work without one — they are simply not gated by a number.
  2. Draft the proposalWhat to buy, department, cost, life in years, an optional annual benefit, the budget period and a justification, then Draft proposal; payback is computed where a benefit was given and stays blank when nobody estimated one.
  3. Submit and approveSubmit raises the approval request; Approve counts the checkers’ approvals, and where the budget refuses, an override asks for the reason that goes on the record.
  4. Reject, order, receiveReject asks why; Mark ordered and Mark received walk an approved proposal to its order and delivery, and each stage is allowed only from the one before it.
