What MakerChecker does

Approval flows where the rule — who, how many, in what order — is data, and every decision carries its reason.

How you actually use it

  1. Raise a requestA kind, an optional JSON payload, and how many approvals it needs.
  2. Watch the countEach pending request shows approvals so far against the number required; Decisions opens what each checker said.
  3. Approve or rejectApprove is disabled for the person who raised the request, and the database refuses self-approval regardless. One decision per approver. Reject asks for a reason, closes the request and keeps the reason on the row.
  4. Let the quorum decideThe request flips to approved when the distinct approvers reach the number it asked for, in the same statement that counts them.
