A practice’s country sets its currency, its states or provinces, the tax its invoices name, the units its vitals are read in and how its phone numbers are matched. An Indian invoice reads exactly as it always has; a practice in the UK, Canada or Australia gets its own.
Live: states, provinces and nations for the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and India; invoice wording per country; the published rates on goods for the UK, Australia and every Canadian province, each with its source and the date it took effect, used only after the practice confirms them with its accountant; units per practice; phone numbers in international format. The rates are reference data, not tax advice, and none ship for India (GST per item) or the US (the practice enters its own). Not yet: self-serve sign-up and billing outside India, and about fifty specialty desks that still show metric units.

How it works
What changes with the country
The apps are the same everywhere. These are the rules under them that follow the practice’s country.
1Your states and provincesSetup, addresses and council registrations list your country’s own divisions, with a text box where a country has none.
2Invoices that name your taxGST in India and Australia, VAT in the UK, GST, HST, PST or QST in Canada: the invoice title, the tax column and the registration line follow the country.
3Published rates, confirmed by youThe rate on goods for your UK nation, Australia or Canadian province, with a link to its source. A product defaults to it only after the practice confirms it; care is never given a rate by default.
4Your unitsVitals, growth charts and glucose read and accept the practice’s units — pounds, inches, °F or mmol/L — while a metric clinic sees every value exactly as before.
5Phone numbers that matchOutside India numbers are kept in international format and matched on the national number at the front door, in imports and in search, so 0412 345 678 and +61 412 345 678 are one person.
6Privacy desks for your lawHIPAAGuard runs US privacy operations and GDPRDesk the UK and EU ones. They help a practice do the work; neither is a claim of compliance.
It does not branch business logic by country — services ask the pack; nothing anywhere asks "is this India?". It sets wording, not rates: tax rates come from the practice’s own registration in its books.

How do I get it?
Everything marked live runs in the demo practice now, with invented patients in it. Or set up your own practice in about a minute.
Does the AI decide anything?
No. It drafts and suggests from the records on your screen; a named person accepts or discards every draft, and one setting per organisation — off, redacted or full — decides what reaches the model.
