What GrowthCurve does

Weight, height and head circumference recorded per visit, dated against the child's age, and drawn as their own trajectory — the trend a paediatrician reads at a glance. A wrong entry is voided with a stated reason, never silently deleted. WHO centile bands arrive when the official reference tables are loaded; reference data is imported, not typed from memory.

How you actually use it

  1. Open the child’s cardFound by name or by MRN, the way every other record on the platform is.
  2. Record the measurementWeight, height and head circumference, dated against the child’s age rather than against the day you typed it.
  3. Read their own curveThe trajectory drawn from their own points — the shape a paediatrician reads at a glance and a table of numbers hides.
  4. Void a wrong entryWith a reason. A mistyped weight is voided and stays visible as voided; it is never silently deleted out of the trend.
