One monthly price for the size of practice you run, and metered charges only for the things that cost us money to send. No platform fee, no setup fee, and leaving is free — the export works on day one, and you should test it during the trial.

What you use on top
Only these five are metered, and two different things happen to them. Active users and patient records are counted against an allowance your plan already publishes — the user count in the table above, and patient records, which are unlimited on every paid plan. Messages sent, AI tokens and stored files carry no plan allowance at all, so they are charged from the first one. Each is a real cost we pass through rather than a lever — a WhatsApp message costs money to deliver, an AI answer costs money to generate, and a stored file costs money to keep.

GST, worked out on a real line
We said “GST invoices” and showed no arithmetic, which is the sort of claim a chartered accountant checks first. Here it is on the Clinic plan, at the statutory 18% our billing engine applies.
That split is for a practice in our own state. Anywhere else in India it is a single line of IGST at 18% — ₹719.82 — and the total is the same ₹4,718.82. Your GSTIN goes on the invoice, so the input credit is yours to claim. We never guess which side of that line you are on: the invoice follows the state you register with us.
