What QueueFlow does

The day as the front desk sees it: appointments, walk-in check-in, tokens, and a live queue with wait times. Check-in opens the visit and starts the clock; the queue escalates to the duty manager before the SLA breaks, not after.

How you actually use it

  1. Add the patient as they arriveTap Add to queue and pick their name — or Start a walk-in for someone new. They get a token, and the queue shows who is waiting and for how long.
  2. Start the visitThe doctor taps the top name; the visit opens with the patient’s chart alongside.
  3. Let the day run itselfA finished visit moves to billing on its own, and the screen flags a wait before it breaks the limit — not after.
