A hospital can put its own name, logo and colours on the product, the patient app and its emails. Agencies, distributors and hospital groups can run clinics under their brand from the Partner console. Every clinic still runs the same apps on the same record.

Not yet: your own app in the stores (the native apps are in development), and a certificate of its own for each partner domain. “Powered by MedAppz” can be hidden only under a partner agreement.

What you control

Five things change for a clinic under a partner’s brand. The apps, the data model and the security under them do not.

  1. Your brandName, logo and colour tokens replace ours everywhere a clinic under you looks, with a "Powered by" line you can switch off.

Every app in the store states what it reads, what it writes and what it will never do. This is its listing, word for word.

It does not fork the product: every hospital runs the same apps and the same record underneath, and only the name, marks and colours change. The clinical signal colours (red, amber, green) never take the brand colour.

What works today, and what does not yet?
Live: a hospital’s own brand (WhiteLabel), and a partner’s brand, domains, email sender, bundles and monthly statements in the Partner console. Does the AI decide anything?
No. It drafts and suggests from the records on your screen; a named person accepts or discards every draft, and one setting per organisation — off, redacted or full — decides what reaches the model.
