Reference data · five countries

The codes a chart is written in, already loaded.

A diagnosis is searched in the classification your country codes in, a medicine carries its schedule flags at the pad and at the counter, and a child’s vaccine card follows the national schedule. Each table comes from the body that publishes it, loaded with its version and its source.

Today

Loaded today: ICD-11, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, UCUM units, CVX and MVX vaccine codes, US RxNorm medicines, Canada’s Drug Product Database, India’s essential medicines list with the Schedule H, H1 and X and banned lists, and national immunisation schedules for India (UIP and IAP), the US (child and adult), the UK, Canada and Australia. Not yet: WHO’s ICD-10 file (ICD-11 stands in until it arrives), ICD-10-PCS, Australia’s PBS list, and SNOMED CT, LOINC and the UK’s dm+d, which need registrations first.

How it works

Where the tables are used

Reference data is only worth loading where somebody reads it. These are the three places it is read today.

  1. Diagnoses in your country’s classificationA diagnosis search offers ICD-10-CM in the US and ICD-10 elsewhere, with ICD-11 standing in until WHO’s file is loaded — one system, never the same code three times. The consult room’s AI codes in the same one.

  2. Medicines with their flagsThe prescription pad and the pharmacy counter show a medicine’s Schedule H, H1 or X flag, and whether it is banned in India, from the published lists.

  3. Vaccines on the national scheduleVaxVault builds a child’s card from the national schedule of the practice’s country — CDC in the US, UKHSA in the UK, the Canadian Immunization Guide, Australia’s National Immunisation Program, UIP or IAP in India — and chases each overdue dose.

AI in every app

It drafts and suggests. A person decides.

What VaxVault promises

Every app in the store states what it reads, what it writes and what it will never do. This is its listing, word for word.

Questions, answered

What works today, and what does not yet?
Which apps are behind it?
Live in clinics: CaseNotes, RxCanvas, DispenseDesk, VaxVault, ConsultScribe, RegionPack. Each listing says what the app does and what it does not.
How do I get it?
Everything marked live runs in the demo practice now, with invented patients in it. Or set up your own practice in about a minute.
Does the AI decide anything?
No. It drafts and suggests from the records on your screen; a named person accepts or discards every draft, and one setting per organisation — off, redacted or full — decides what reaches the model.
