Insights · alerts & forecast

Hear about it the morning it happens.

Pick a figure from Insights — visits, no-shows, revenue billed, collections, enquiries — and say when it should ring: well outside its usual range, or past a line you draw. It is checked every five minutes. Beside it, a forecast shows the weeks ahead with a likely range, and how well the same method would have predicted the two weeks just gone.

Today

Live on Insights: alerts to the bell, by email and by WhatsApp, the forecast with its check against the last two weeks, and digests and saved reports that can go to your WhatsApp. Email and WhatsApp need the person’s export permission and the practice’s sender connected; until WhatsApp is connected for the practice, an alert says it was not sent rather than queuing it. Alerts and forecasts read named, permission-checked metrics; the AI never writes a query.

How it works

Two questions, answered before you ask

“Is today normal?” and “What is next month going to look like?” — from the same numbers as every Insights board.

  1. Out of the usualToday so far, yesterday or the last seven days, set against the same weekday in the weeks before, so a quiet Sunday is not news.

  2. Past your lineOr draw the line yourself: no-shows today above five, collections this week below a figure. An alert rings once per period, and can be snoozed.

  3. Where it reaches youThe bell for everyone, and email or WhatsApp for whoever may take numbers out of the system. The screen says where each alert last went, and whether it got there.

  4. The weeks ahead, with their rangeA weekly-season forecast with an 80% range, checked by holding back the last two weeks and saying how far off it was. It names the method and does not dress it up.

AI in every app

It drafts and suggests. A person decides.

Drafts, never filesA named person accepts or discards every draft. The model never signs.

What Insights promises

Every app in the store states what it reads, what it writes and what it will never do. This is its listing, word for word.

Writes
saved reports, pins and their schedules, alert rules and what each one sent — never the figures themselves
Never
It stores no derived numbers, grants nobody a peek past their permissions, and never shows a figure without naming its basis.
Your data
PHI-lite. The screen goes away. Nothing else changes, because it never owned any data.

Questions, answered

What works today, and what does not yet?
Live on Insights: alerts to the bell, by email and by WhatsApp, the forecast with its check against the last two weeks, and digests and saved reports that can go to your WhatsApp. Email and WhatsApp need the person’s export permission and the practice’s sender connected; until WhatsApp is connected for the practice, an alert says it was not sent rather than queuing it. Which apps are behind it?
Live in clinics: Insights, PulseBoard, ExportDesk, AI Assist. Each listing says what the app does and what it does not.
How do I get it?
Everything marked live runs in the demo practice now, with invented patients in it. Or set up your own practice in about a minute.
Does the AI decide anything?
No. It drafts and suggests from the records on your screen; a named person accepts or discards every draft, and one setting per organisation — off, redacted or full — decides what reaches the model.
