What Insights does

Six strips, one screen: collections and expense burn; new versus returning patients, no-shows and waiting times; what your campaigns and automations actually produced; which referrers and field visits brought revenue; attendance, open tasks and headcount; adherence and follow-up completion. Every number is computed live from the system that owns it and says what it was based on — nothing is copied into a reporting table to go stale. Pick a date range and every figure shows itself against the equal stretch before. Each strip respects its own permission: a person sees only the strips their role can read. Where a number honestly cannot be known yet, the strip says so instead of inventing one.

How you actually use it

  1. Pick the rangeA 7, 30 or 90 day preset, or From and To dates. Tick Compare with the days before to set each figure against the equal stretch of days before the range.
  2. Read the stripsMoney, Patients, Marketing, Referrals & field, Team and Care, each a live read over the module that owns the fact. Nothing on the screen is stored.
  3. Hover for the basisEvery card says what it counted: bills finalised in the range, encounters with cancelled excluded, leads created in the range. Salary figures never enter the platform and the Team strip says so.
  4. See only what you may readA strip whose read permission you do not hold is left out of the page entirely rather than drawn as a locked door.
