BlockBoard

● live in clinics

Theatre time is the costliest hour in the building — spend it all.

In plain words: Measure how well theatre time is used.

What BlockBoard does

Block utilisation per surgeon and theatre from TheatreFlow’s own stamps, case-duration prediction from the practice’s history rather than optimism, release rules for unused blocks, and turnover patterns shown where the OT committee meets.

How you actually use it

  1. Allocate the blocksSurgeon, specialty, theatre and the days they hold, valid from a date — so a change to next quarter does not rewrite last quarter’s report.
  2. Read the board, day by daySessions and the minutes actually used, whether the first case started on time, and the turnover between cases — all from theatre’s own door stamps.
  3. Release a session you will not useIt goes onto the board as available, with the name of whoever gave it up beside it.
  4. Claim released timeSay what you would use it for. Withdrawing a claim puts the session straight back on the board.

What it writes

utilisation reportsduration predictions
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It does not blame — it shows utilisation by structure and system first, because most lost minutes are process, not people.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
