How it works

Allocate the blocksSurgeon, specialty, theatre and the days they hold, valid from a date — so a change to next quarter does not rewrite last quarter’s report.
Read the board, day by daySessions and the minutes actually used, whether the first case started on time, and the turnover between cases — all from theatre’s own door stamps.
Release a session you will not useIt goes onto the board as available, with the name of whoever gave it up beside it.
