What CapacityLens does

Slot utilisation, no-show patterns and seasonal load, forecast to help set templates — suggestions, never silent changes.

How you actually use it

  1. Read the booking heatmapBookings by weekday and hour over the trailing 56 days, computed live from scheduling; The numbers unfolds the same grid as a table, and the basis note underneath says what was counted.
  2. Read the no-showsBy weekday and by how far ahead the booking was made; a booking counts only once its time has passed.
  3. Read theatre and chair utilisationCompleted cases and minutes used against minutes available per theatre, and sessions per chair for chemo day care and dialysis; the theatre card repeats the server’s own approximation note.
  4. Change templates elsewhereNothing on this screen edits a schedule template — it reads the scheduling, theatre and chair records and reports on them.

What it writes

What it does not do

It does not change a schedule template itself.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
