What TheatreFlow does

Theatre lists, staff and equipment as bookable resources, WHO surgical safety checklist as a gate, and turnover-time tracking per theatre.

How you actually use it

  1. Create your theatresOne row per theatre. Until there is one there is no list to run.
  2. List the day’s casesPatient, declared procedure, surgeon and theatre. Where the hospital has declared a procedure privileged, the surgeon is picked from the staff register rather than typed, and the server refuses a name it cannot check.
  3. Stamp the WHO checklist in orderSign in, time out, sign out. A case cannot enter theatre without the first and cannot complete without the last — the buttons only offer what the checklist allows.
  4. Read the turnoverTurnover comes from the door stamps you already made, so it is measured rather than estimated. A cancellation carries its reason and the list keeps it.

Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

The knife-to-skin state cannot be reached with an incomplete checklist.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
