CommandView

● live in clinics

The whole hospital on one live board: beds, theatres, bottlenecks.

Operations · PHI-lite · Every specialty

What CommandView does

The command centre over engines that already know: bed states from WardLine, theatre states from TheatreFlow, discharge pipeline from DischargeLine, pending transports from PorterPing — one live view of where the hospital is stuck, refreshed from sources, copied from none.

What it reads

live states from source apps

What it writes

bottleneck flags
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It does not hold its own state — a board that copies rows can disagree with its sources; a view cannot (the InboxOne rule).

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.

What does CommandView deliberately not do?

What happens to our data if we uninstall CommandView?

Every record stays; only the workflow leaves.
