What it is

Dispatch, live status and a structured handover note that arrives before the patient does. Equipment: each life-support level’s required list as the state’s own notification sets it (every item with its source; none ships), every ambulance checked item by item, and a BLS or ALS certificate recorded only against a check where everything was present — the road permit, fitness and insurance stay with the vehicle register. Contracts & money: each hospital, corporate, government or event client with its own rate card (base fare, kilometres included, per kilometre beyond, standby per hour and the least hours billed) and its own response SLA, missed responses counted; a rate card is never edited, only ended and rewritten. A closed trip is charged once — from its contract’s card for the kilometres run, or by hand with what the fare rests on — and a standby is billed at the contract’s rate for the booked hours whether or not it was used. Every charge is held against what the patient, insurer, scheme or client actually paid, and the gap stays on the list until paid or written off with a reason.

How it works

Register the fleetGive each vehicle a callsign and a kind — BLS, ALS, Neonatal or Hearse — under Fleet; a duplicate callsign is refused and each card reads ready or out.
Request a dispatchPick a free vehicle, type the pickup address, set Emergency, Urgent or Scheduled and press Request; a vehicle with an open dispatch is not offered.
Walk the board one step at a timeEach dispatch moves through Dispatch, On scene, Transporting, Arrived and Close by one button per step, each stamping its own time; skipping a step or going back is refused.
Write the handover en route, read the response timesHandover note… appears only while transporting and takes the pulse, SpO2 and what was given, so the note arrives before the patient does. Request-to-scene median and p90 per priority for today come from the stamps on the board.
Certify the equipment, then settle the moneyOn Equipment, write each level’s list from the state’s notification with its source, press a vehicle and answer every item; a certificate is taken only on a check where everything was present. On Contracts & money, write each client’s rate card and SLA, charge each closed trip from its card (or by hand with its basis), bill standbys used or not, and record payments until the gap is paid or written off.
