AssetPulse

● live in clinics

Every machine on one register — service, calibration, and now what it is worth under both the Companies Act and the Income Tax Act.

In plain words: Track equipment, AMCs, calibration and what it is all worth.

What AssetPulse does

The equipment register with AMC contracts, calibration schedules and breakdown history — due-dates escalate before they lapse. And the books half: what each machine cost, depreciated per asset over a Schedule II useful life AND per block at the Income Tax rate, because India asks both questions and expects different answers. Disposal stamps the book value on the day, so next year cannot move last year’s gain on sale.

How you actually use it

  1. Register each assetOn the Service tab name it, choose biomedical, it or facility, add the serial and location and press Add asset; Print label puts a QR of the serial on paper.
  2. Add AMC cover and calibrationDetail on a row opens AMC — vendor, valid from, valid to, cost — and Calibration — done on, due on, by whom and the certificate ref; a retired asset takes neither.
  3. Watch the due cardAMC expiring and calibration overdue are computed by the API and shown at the top; the ring on each open asset shows how much of the done-to-due interval is used.
  4. Retire with a reasonRetire asset asks why, and the reason stays on the row for anyone who opens it later.
  5. Run the booksThe Books tab lists cost, class, IT block, written off and book value per asset; Run Companies Act charges pro rata by days per asset, Run Income Tax charges per block, and a year already run is skipped rather than charged twice.

What it reads

asset registerpurchase invoices

What it writes

maintenance recordscalibrationsdepreciationdisposals
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: No PHI.

What it does not do

It does not value an asset nobody priced, and it does not post a capitalisation it cannot trace to the invoice that bought it.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
