What it is

Every vehicle with trip logs, fuel fills against odometer, permit and PUC renewals, insurance and driver documents — expiries escalate before the traffic stop. Drivers: each driver’s licence with its classes, transport badge and police verification to their own expiry, a renewal kept beside the one it replaced, and the day’s hours at the wheel worked out from the trips against the hospital’s own limits with their source (none ship); a lapsed document or a day over a limit is a flag before the next trip, and dispatching stays the transport desk’s. Staff shuttle: pick-up and drop routes planned around the shifts with each stop’s time, every run logging who boarded where, so a route running near-empty or a stop nobody uses shows over 30 days. No live tracking.

How it works

  1. Register the vehicleRegistration, kind — ambulance, car, van, bike or other — and make. A registration already on the fleet is refused.
  2. File its papersOpen the vehicle and file each document — insurance, permit, fitness, PUC or road tax — with its number and the dates it runs from and to. A document that expires before it starts is refused, and Renew supersedes it with the new number and dates.
  3. Log fuelFilled on, litres, amount and the odometer. A reading below the last one recorded is refused, and km per litre is worked out between consecutive fills, with the basis printed under the table.
  4. Start and end tripsTrip purpose — patient transfer, staff, supplies or other — opening odometer and driver; End trip takes the closing odometer. A vehicle already out cannot start another trip, and a trip cannot end on a lower reading than it started on.
  5. Watch what is due, the drivers and the shuttleDue lists documents inside their reminder window and each vehicle’s service against its odometer. Drivers holds each driver’s licence, badge and police verification to their expiry and flags a lapsed one or a day over your own driving-hours limits; Staff shuttle plans routes and stops around the shifts and logs who boarded each run.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
