Every unit you sold or installed: serial, owner and site, the signed installation report, the warranty and its whole history.
For device suppliers and distributors, and for opticians, audiologists and home-care suppliers who sell a unit to a person. Each model carries the maker’s name for it, your default warranty in months and your own installation checks — none ship. Each unit is registered once per model and serial, owned by a trade customer at one of its sites (from TradeLedger) or by a person. The installation and commissioning report answers each of the model’s checks — passed, failed or not applicable — with readings in the engineer’s words and the training given, and the customer signs it off by name and designation only when every check is answered and none failed; signed, it is kept as signed, the unit goes into use and, if no warranty was set, your default runs from the day it was installed. Warranties set by hand say why. Every event in the unit’s life is on its history: sold, installed, warranty, a change of owner, contracts, service visits, repairs at the maker and vigilance.
