What TokenBoard does

Live token display for the waiting room — a wall screen and a phone view showing now-serving and your position, fed by QueueFlow’s own state. "How long more?" answered by glass instead of the front desk, fifty times a day.

How you actually use it

  1. Issue the token at the deskOr let the patient do it themselves from the arrival QR code, which is the same act without the queue in front of it.
  2. Call the next one to a roomWhat you type as the room is exactly what the wall shows, so nobody has to translate a number into a door.
  3. Put the board on a screenNow serving, and your position — fed by the queue’s own state rather than by somebody keeping a second list.
