What RateCard does

A shareable, public price list for consultations, procedures and packages, imported from the same tariff that bills at the rate effective on the day and stamped with it — one link for WhatsApp, one QR for the wall, frozen the moment it is published so the price cannot change under somebody reading it.

How you actually use it

  1. Start a cardName it for what it actually is — "OPD prices 2026" — because the name is what a patient sees at the top.
  2. Put the prices on itAdd services one at a time, or import the whole tariff at the rate that is effective right now. The import is a snapshot on purpose, stamped with its date — a wall price that quietly tracked the tariff would be a price nobody could be held to.
  3. Publish itOne link to send on WhatsApp and one code for the wall. Anybody can read it; nobody needs an account.
  4. Change a price and publish againThere is no printed copy to go stale, and unpublishing takes the page down at once rather than leaving it findable.

What it reads

tariff

What it writes

public price pages
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: No PHI.

What it does not do

It does not show a price the billing engine would not charge — one tariff, one truth.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
