What MRDTracker does

Chart movement with custody scans, deficiency lists per record (missing signatures, incomplete summaries) chased to completion, and retention-schedule integration with DocVault.

How you actually use it

  1. Add the fileFind the patient, give the file number and where it sits.
  2. Log every moveMove to and why. A file only changes location through a logged movement, and the log shows each one.
  3. Check out and returnCheck out takes the borrower, the due date, where it is going and why. Return to the record room names the rack it goes back to. Files out past their due date sit at the top.
  4. Raise deficiencies and chase themMissing signature, incomplete note, missing report or coding query, with what is missing. Clear asks what was done, and open deficiencies are listed across all files.
  5. Record a file as missingMissing takes a reason and stamps the file with it. It is cleared by the file moving again — a movement recorded anywhere brings it back to the MRD as found — rather than by a second button that could disagree with the register.

What it writes

movementsdeficiencies
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: PHI-lite.

What it does not do

It does not mark a file returned without a scan at the rack.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
