What it is

One board for a business group’s critical resources. Each branch is read in its own organisation, one at a time, from the registers that already hold the figures: the last logged level of every oxygen source (OxygenGrid), red cells on the shelf by blood group — in date, and only once a donated bag’s infection screen is complete and clear (BloodLine and DonorDesk) — and ICU and HDU beds free, with how many people are ventilated now (WardLine and IcuBoard). Every figure carries its age — “logged 3 h ago” — because a tank reading from yesterday is not the tank. The board refreshes itself each minute. Who sees it is decided by the group’s own grant to the person’s sign-in email; the grant can name only some branches.

How it works

Open the board with a group grantLike Syndrome Watch, the board reads every branch the group’s grant to your sign-in email reaches, each in its own organisation; with no grant it shows one sentence and nothing else.
Check oxygen by sourceOxygen lists every tank, manifold and plant at every branch with its last logged level as a percentage, below or above its critical level, and Logged — how many hours ago somebody entered it, amber once it is six hours old.
Find red cells by blood groupBlood shows packed cells and whole blood on each branch’s shelf by group, in date and cleared to issue — a donated bag with a pending or reactive infection screen is not counted — with all components in Units and when the shelf last changed.
See ICU and HDU beds freeICU and HDU beds shows free of total at each branch, counted live from the ward list, and how many people are on a ventilator now, shown as <5 below five. The board reloads itself each minute.
