What NHSLink does

UK national integration: NHS Number lookup and verification against the Personal Demographics Service, GP Connect record access, e-Referral Service bookings, and SNOMED CT with dm+d for medicines — the identifiers and directories British healthcare assumes you already speak.

NHSLink reads patient demographics, NHS directories and writes verified NHS numbers, referrals. Its data class is Full PHI. Every app works on the same patient record — nothing is copied into a silo.

What does NHSLink deliberately not do?

What happens to our data if we uninstall NHSLink?

Every record stays; only the workflow leaves.
