What it is

Hourly flowsheets fed by devices, early-warning scores computed in the open, and escalations that page a named person. ICU family updates books each family’s daily update with the doctor into the unit’s own windows (a time, how long, how many families, by phone or in person), at the desk or by the family from a link the desk sends them that stops working when the patient leaves the unit. The doctor records the update in their own words, which ticks the day’s goal; a booking not kept is marked missed, and patients with no update today are listed. The care bundle on every stay: CAM-ICU and RASS on each round beside the sedation running at the time, against the day’s sedation target; a spontaneous breathing trial recorded against the unit’s own written criteria (each with its source; none ship), every one ticked before a trial, then the doctor’s extubation decision with their name (extubate only after a passed trial); early mobility as the ICU Mobility Scale level reached against the day of the stay; and an external ventricular drain’s height, hourly output, ICP and CSF read together, flagged against the height and limits the doctor wrote for that drain. CAM-ICU, RASS and the ICU Mobility Scale are cited by name, never reproduced.

How it works

Read the boardEvery live ICU stay by bed, ventilated or self-ventilating, with the latest HR, MAP, SpO2, FiO2 and GCS beside the worst of the last 24 hours, both computed by the server.
Chart the hourOpen Chart / goals and enter the values you have. An empty hour is refused, and a value outside the plausible range is refused as a glitch rather than an observation.
Set today’s goalsA sedation target and a mobility goal, both required, and a tick for whether the family was updated. The board flags a stay with no goals today or a family not updated.
Mark ventilation and the exitStarted ventilation and Weaned — off the ventilator switch the stay’s state. Out of the unit ends the ICU stay.
Work the care bundleOn the stay’s Care bundle, pick a part: CAM-ICU and RASS with the sedation running; a breathing trial against the unit’s own written criteria (every one ticked first), then the doctor’s decision with their name; the ICU Mobility Scale level reached; or the EVD’s height, output and ICP, flagged against the limits the doctor set for that drain.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
