In plain words: Falls, pressure and clot risk scores on time.

What BedsideRisk does

Morse, Braden and VTE assessments due on admission and on schedule thereafter; a high score demands its intervention bundle be ordered, and reassessment clocks restart on every transfer.

How you actually use it

  1. Open the admissionThe desk lists who is admitted and which assessment is due on each of them.
  2. Score it on the scale itselfMorse for falls, Braden for pressure — the actual instrument, with its range, not a three-way guess.
  3. Order the interventionA high score is not answered by a number. The bundle goes onto the record as something that was ordered, by somebody.
  4. Stop it when it is no longer neededWith a reason. And a transfer restarts the reassessment clock, because the risk moved wards with the patient.

risk scoresintervention orders
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not let a high-risk score sit without an ordered intervention or a documented refusal.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
