InboxOne

● live in clinics

The clinician’s one queue: results, refills, red flags.

In plain words: One inbox for results and alerts needing action.

What InboxOne does

The queues that already exist, on one screen — unacknowledged lab results, red-flagged form answers, overdue plan milestones. A view, never a copy: each item leaves only through its source’s recorded action (an ack with a name, an action taken, a skip with a reason).

How you actually use it

  1. Open your to-doUnacknowledged results, red-flagged form answers and overdue plan milestones on one screen instead of in three apps.
  2. Acknowledge a resultThe acknowledgement is written on the lab order under your name — the inbox is a view of that, never a copy of it.
  3. Say what was done about a red flagThe action is recorded on the submission the flag came from, so the person who reads that form next sees it.
  4. There is no dismiss buttonAn item leaves only when its own source records a decision. That is why this screen can never quietly disagree with the chart.

What it reads

everything that needs a decision

What it writes

decisions and actions
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

There is no dismiss button at all — nothing disappears without a recorded action in the source system, so the inbox can never disagree with the chart.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
