In plain words: Every running drip on one board.

What InfusionBoard does

Running infusions per ward with drug, rate, and remaining time; rate changes are orders, and a bag that should have finished but has not is a flag.

How you actually use it

  1. Hang a new linePick the patient from the open admissions, name the drug, set the rate in ml/hr and the volume in ml, and optionally the pump position. An infusion starts only on an open admission.
  2. Watch the boardEvery running infusion in the house with ward, bed, pump, current rate, what is left and the minutes remaining, which the database computes from the rate segments rather than stores.
  3. RetitrateRate appends the new ml/hr and an optional note to the rate history; the earlier segments are never edited. Only a running infusion can be retitrated.
  4. Stop itStop ends the infusion with an optional reason. A line that is not running cannot be stopped again.

What it does not do

It does not silence a pump — it shows who acknowledged its alarm.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
