Her own wishes for labour and birth, reviewed at the visits you choose and in front of the room when she is in labour.
A mother’s own wishes for her labour and birth — who she wants with her, how she would like pain managed, what matters to her in the baby’s first hour — written with her during pregnancy against the practice’s own topics (none ship), or under a label of her own. Each wish is kept as she gave it: a change is a new wish that replaces it, and the earlier one stays in the plan’s history. The practice sets the weeks of pregnancy at which it looks at the plan again, with their source; a plan whose mother has passed one of those weeks with no review since is listed as due. In labour, the partogram screen shows her wishes in force, read-only, beside the chart. The clinician’s own plan from ANCPlanner — where, the planned mode, transport and blood — is shown beside hers and never changed here.

Read out of the code, not the brochure: each app below is here because one service queries the other’s tables. Install either side and the hand-over is already wired.
