What CycleTrack does

Cycle tracking, ANC visit schedules, growth scans against gestational age, and IVF protocol steps with drug schedules.

How you actually use it

  1. Register the pregnancy on the LMPFind the patient, give the LMP, gravida and para; the EDD is a generated column and the whole ANC schedule materialises in the same transaction, so Register — EDD computes itself is exactly what the button does.
  2. Read the pregnancy as one lineEach row draws weeks 0 to 40 with every scheduled visit as a dot on its week — filled done, hollow waiting, dimmed skipped — the EDD flag at 40 and a marker for where she is now.
  3. Close each visitA visit closes with an optional note, or Skip which asks a reason the register keeps; only an open visit can be closed.
  4. Record the scansDating, NT, anomaly, growth or doppler, with the estimated foetal weight and the finding; gestational age is computed against the LMP, and a scan dated before the LMP it is measured against is refused.
  5. Deliver, or close the book another wayDeliver takes the date and the outcome in words; either ending marks the remaining visits skipped with the reason rather than letting them vanish, and only an active pregnancy can be delivered or closed.
