What RheumaTrack does

DAS28 and companion scores computed from recorded inputs, biologic dosing calendars, and pre-infusion screening checklists.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol on the arthritis yearPick the patient and the diagnosis — rheumatoid, psoriatic, ankylosing, lupus or other — and enrolling creates the careplans plan and dates its milestones in one transaction.
  2. Score the DAS28 at every reviewRecord a DAS28 and the band is computed from the score on every read rather than stored, so a corrected score rebands itself; a value outside 0–10 is refused as a calculator fault.
  3. Log the drug coursesStart a course with the drug and its class — csDMARD, biologic, targeted or steroid — and end it with ineffective, adverse, remission or other; the same drug cannot run twice at once.
  4. Keep the monitoring bloods and the TB screenRecord an FBC, LFT or TB screen against the patient, and an abnormal result will not save without the note that says what was done about it.
  5. Act on the two computed flagsThe registry marks escalate when two consecutive scores sit above the patient’s target with no therapy change between them, and no TB screen when a biologic was started without one — both are arithmetic over the rows, not columns.

Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It will not schedule a biologic dose past a failed screening item.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
