Protocol-driven care plans with milestones.

In plain words: Put patients on care programmes with due dates.

What CarePlans does

The protocol as data: define a plan once — HbA1c at day 90, foot exam at day 180 — and enrolling a patient materialises dated milestones in one transaction. The due list is the daily driver; a milestone is done, or skipped with a recorded reason, or loudly overdue.

What it reads

the chartplans

What it writes

plan instancesmilestones
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

A missed milestone is never silently rescheduled — there is no reschedule verb in the schema. It stays overdue until someone closes it honestly.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
