What ARTAdhere does

ART regimens, CD4 and viral-load schedules, adherence support through the companion — all under an access class stricter than the general record, with disclosure controlled by the patient.

How you actually use it

  1. Enrol with the clinic UIDFind the patient, type the UID the clinic assigned, choose first, second or third line and the ART start date; a UID already assigned, or a patient already on ART care, is refused.
  2. Read the registry by UIDThe registry and the missed-pickups card show the UID, regimen line, detectable or undetectable, CD4, adherence as pickups over expected months and the overdue count — never a name.
  3. Open a row to see who it isThe name appears only in the single-patient panel opened on purpose; there you Record VL, Record CD4 and Record pickup, and a second pickup on the same day is refused.
  4. Chase missed pickupsThe missed-pickups card lists UIDs with no pickup in 35 days and how long it has been; Record pickup on the row clears it.
  5. Stop an enrolment with a reasonStop on the panel asks why, and only an active enrolment can be stopped.

What it writes

schedulesadherence records
Same patient record as every other app — nothing is copied into a silo. Data class: Full PHI.

What it does not do

It does not surface HIV status in any shared view without explicit patient-controlled disclosure.

Every app page carries this section. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
