What it is

An anaemia case opened for a patient, followed by its haemoglobin curve: every haemoglobin the lab reported, read from LabBridge, with point-of-care and outside-lab readings added and labelled as such, beside the ferritin, serum iron, TIBC and transferrin saturation from the same results. Oral iron is recorded as the doctor prescribed it, with the prescriber named. IV iron runs as a day-care session: booked, started with the vitals taken before, marked infused, held for the observation period the clinic set (with its source) or the one typed for the session, and sent home only after that period has run, with the vitals after and no reaction. A reaction stops the session with what happened. Each case carries the date of its next recheck, and the overdue ones come first.
