What it is

The pregnancy as a timeline: booking, scheduled visits, scans, bloods and risk scores, with overdue checks escalating to the care team. Programmes, behind one picker: gestational diabetes — glucose tests against the criteria the clinic names, the doctor’s diagnosis, and the postpartum glucose test the doctor dates, chased after delivery until it is recorded; Rh-negative mothers — her group as reported, antibody titres and anti-D doses kept against her rather than one pregnancy, so the record carries to the next, with the next dose on the date the doctor sets; postpartum mood — screens on a named, validated tool at the points the clinic sets, a score at or above the clinic’s cut-off sent to a named counsellor and listed until the outcome is written; preconception — folic acid as written, chronic disease and vaccination checked before she conceives, handed to antenatal care once the pregnancy is registered; and the mother’s diary — weight, kicks and how she feels, written by her on the Patient App, listed for the doctor until seen. The clinic’s criteria, cut-offs and screen points are its own, with their source; none ship. Prenatal screening: a double, triple or quad marker or NIPT result entered as the accredited lab reported it — the risk and the lab’s cut-off as printed and the lab’s own call — with each counselling session after it (who counselled, the options offered, the decision), flagged results not yet counselled listed first; the sex of the foetus is never recorded (PC-PNDT Act 1994).

Open the risk boardEvery active pregnancy on the ANC register — CycleTrack owns the pregnancy and its visits; this screen never writes them — with weeks, EDD, flagged risks, care level, birth plan and overdue visits, filtered by routine, enhanced or specialist.
Flag a riskOpen a row and press + Previous caesarean, + Hypertension, + Diabetes and the rest; Other… has to say what the risk is, and the same risk cannot be flagged twice.
Assess the level of careRoutine care…, Enhanced care… or Specialist care… each asks why; the newest assessment is the one that counts and the older ones stay readable underneath it.
Write the birth planPlanned place of birth, vaginal or elective caesarean, how she gets there and whether blood is arranged; an elective caesarean planned at home or a PHC is refused.

Rules it keeps

What it does not do, by design. A listing with only benefits is an advertisement.
