What ANCPlanner does

The pregnancy as a timeline: booking, scheduled visits, scans, bloods and risk scores, with overdue checks escalating to the care team.

How you actually use it

  1. Open the risk boardEvery active pregnancy on the ANC register — CycleTrack owns the pregnancy and its visits; this screen never writes them — with weeks, EDD, flagged risks, care level, birth plan and overdue visits, filtered by routine, enhanced or specialist.
  2. Flag a riskOpen a row and press + Previous caesarean, + Hypertension, + Diabetes and the rest; Other… has to say what the risk is, and the same risk cannot be flagged twice.
  3. Assess the level of careRoutine care…, Enhanced care… or Specialist care… each asks why; the newest assessment is the one that counts and the older ones stay readable underneath it.
  4. Write the birth planPlanned place of birth, vaginal or elective caesarean, how she gets there and whether blood is arranged; an elective caesarean planned at home or a PHC is refused.
