What RCHBridge does

Every field the RCH return asks for is already in this product — the pregnancy register, the ANC visits, the risk flags, the labour ward’s deliveries, the newborn weights, the birth records and the immunisation card — and until now nothing put them together. RCHBridge counts the month from those records and shows you where every number came from, table by table. Thirteen items it counts; three it will not, and says so on the face of the return rather than reporting a confident zero: “fully immunised” is a published definition of a set of doses that nobody has given this deployment, and a death record here carries neither a pregnancy state nor an age in days, so maternal and newborn deaths have to be counted from the register by hand. A number you change by hand becomes an adjustment, the computed number stays beside it, and the reason is compulsory.

How you actually use it

1. 1Open the monthPick the month you have to file. Opening one that already has a return simply reopens it.
2. 2Count itCompute, and every element fills from the records with the table it counted named beside it. The three nothing here can count are marked by hand and say why.
3. 3Fix what the register disagrees withChange a number and the return keeps both — what the records said, what you filed, and the reason. Without a reason it will not save.
4. 4File it, then write down the acknowledgementReady it, mark it filed, and record the reference the portal gave you. Nothing is uploaded from here.

What it does not do

It is not connected to the RCH portal, and nothing here transmits a return — that needs a government credential and facility onboarding this deployment does not have. Recording an acknowledgement writes down what the portal gave a person who filed it by hand. It refuses a hand-edited value that will not say why it differs from the records, refuses to ready a return with a hole in it, and never reports an element it cannot count as a zero.
