What BirthDeathCRS does

Statutory birth and death reporting assembled from delivery and MCCD records, submission windows on clocks, and certificates tracked to family handover.

How you actually use it

  1. Record a birth from the wardFind the mother, give born at, sex, weight, place and the informant’s name and relation, then press Record birth.
  2. Record a deathPick a mortuary death to carry its details across, or record a standalone one with the name, when and where; the informant is required either way.
  3. Watch the clockEach row shows days left or days overdue against the 21-day window, computed by the server in clinic time; Overdue at the registrar sits at the top while anything is past it.
  4. Report, then set the numberReport to registrar stamps the row; Set CRS number writes the registration number once, forever.
