What it is

The labour room and maternity OT checklist your facility is assessed against, imported from the official LaQshya document as a file — area, reference, checkpoint and means of verification — with the source named; no checkpoint ships with the app. Each assessment scores every checkpoint the NQAS way: fully compliant 2, partially 1, not compliant 0, or not applicable, with the gap and action noted for anything short of full. The score is the points over twice the applicable checkpoints, overall and by area, against the target your facility sets; an assessment is submitted only when every checkpoint is scored and does not change after. For each birth here, staff record whether the mother is eligible for JSY and on what basis, whether her documents are complete, and the JSSK entitlements she received free; the JSY amount is the one your facility set for her area from the state’s order, as it stood on the day of delivery, and a case is paid with its DBT or cheque reference.
