What AERBLicence does

Per-equipment AERB licences with renewal clocks, personnel TLD badge cycles and dose reports filed, and the QA test calendar per modality — inspection-ready every day.

How you actually use it

  1. Add each machine to the registerOn the Register tab give the kind, make, model, serial and room; one serial is one machine, and it shows as no licence until one is recorded.
  2. Work the Due now tabLicences inside their reminder window, QA cadences that have run out and badges past the annual dose limit are computed by the API each time the page loads, not stored.
  3. Renew as a new licencePress Renew on an expiring row and enter the new licence number and its dates; the old licence keeps the dates the regulator gave it, chained to the new one.
  4. Log a QA testChoose the machine, the cadence — daily, quarterly or annual — and the result; a fail has to say what was done about it or the API refuses it.
  5. Check the TLD badgesThe TLD badges tab lists who holds which badge, when it was issued and whether it is back; the cumulative dose is summed from the monthly readings on every load, so a corrected month corrects the total.
